1. What Nokkhotro AI is
Nokkhotro AI ("Nokkhotro AI," "we," "us") is a platform that places and receives phone calls on your behalf using an AI voice agent — it dials your customer list, runs a survey or conversation you configure, and hands back a transcript, a structured answer sheet and a sentiment read. Calls are carried over Twilio's telephony network, spoken with ElevenLabs' voice synthesis, and understood using Groq's language-model inference. These are named here because they are real parts of how a call actually happens — not undisclosed subprocessors.
2. Your account
Client accounts are reviewed before activation. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Acceptable use
You may only upload phone numbers you have a lawful basis to call, and you're responsible for complying with the telemarketing, robocalling and consent laws that apply to you and the people you're calling — we don't verify this on your behalf. You agree not to use the platform for harassment, fraud, or any call your recipients haven't consented to receive. We can suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is doing this.
4. Billing
Paid accounts are billed automatically according to the pricing shown on our pricing page at the time of your subscription, charged to the payment method you add through our payment processor. A failed charge is retried; an account that stays unpaid may be suspended. You can add or remove a payment method, or view your invoice history, from your account's Billing page at any time.
5. Third-party services behind the platform
Delivering a call involves more than our own code. We currently rely on:
- Twilio — carries the phone call itself.
- ElevenLabs — synthesizes the AI agent's voice.
- Groq — runs the language-model inference that understands what's being said.
- Stripe — processes card payments; we never see or store your raw card number.
Each operates under its own terms in addition to ours, for the specific piece of the service it provides.
6. Termination
You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, non-payment, or where we reasonably believe continuing would create legal or safety risk.
7. No warranty, limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a call outcome (a completed conversation, an accurate transcript, a correct sentiment read) will always be perfect — it depends on real phone networks and AI models, both of which can fail or be wrong. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform changes. We'll update the effective date above when we do; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
